Rising home prices in Reading in February 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Reading rose by $5,000 while total sales increased by 77.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $150,000 - a 3.4% increase over the $145,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Reading in February 2020.
