Sharonville home prices fell in February 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Sharonville fell by $1,500 while total sales decreased by 70%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $163,500 - a 0.9% decrease over the $165,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Sharonville in February 2020.
