February 2021: Home prices in Greenhills increased

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Greenhills rose by $125,000 while total sales decreased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $240,000 - a 108.7% increase over the $115,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Greenhills in February 2020.
