February 2021: Montgomery experienced a 21.6% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Montgomery fell by $82,750 while total sales decreased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $299,750 - a 21.6% decrease over the $382,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Montgomery in February 2020.
