Symmes Township median home prices rose by 44.3% in February 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Symmes Township rose by $137,800 while total sales increased by 225%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $449,000 - a 44.3% increase over the $311,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Symmes Township in February 2020.
