How did home prices perform in Mariemont during February 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Mariemont rose by $402,865 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $522,000 - a 338.2% increase over the $119,135 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Mariemont in February 2020.
