Home prices increased in Lincoln Heights during the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Lincoln Heights rose by $12,000 while total sales decreased by 61.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $40,000 - a 42.9% increase over the $28,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Lincoln Heights in the first quarter of 2020.
