Median home prices in Lockland rose to $84,500 in the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Lockland rose by $22,500 while total sales increased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $84,500 - a 36.3% increase over the $62,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Lockland in the first quarter of 2020.
