How did home prices perform in North College Hill during the first quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in North College Hill fell by $13,200 while total sales increased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 45 homes sold, with a median sale price of $104,000 - a 11.3% decrease over the $117,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 40 homes sold in North College Hill in the first quarter of 2020.
