What happened to the median home price in Mount Healthy during the first quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Mount Healthy rose by $21,500 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $120,000 - a 21.8% increase over the $98,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Mount Healthy in the first quarter of 2020.
