The first quarter of 2021: Springfield Township experienced a 3.2% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Springfield Township fell by $4,000 while total sales decreased by 3.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 100 homes sold, with a median sale price of $122,250 - a 3.2% decrease over the $126,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 104 homes sold in Springfield Township in the first quarter of 2020.
