Median home prices in Mount Healthy Heights rose to $140,000 in the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Mount Healthy Heights rose by $77,000 while total sales increased by 125%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $140,000 - a 122.2% increase over the $63,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Mount Healthy Heights in the first quarter of 2020.
