Rising home prices in Northgate in the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Northgate rose by $17,250 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 32 homes sold, with a median sale price of $142,250 - a 13.8% increase over the $125,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Northgate in the first quarter of 2020.
