Pricing for the median home in Pleasant Run increased during the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Pleasant Run rose by $15,000 while total sales decreased by 18.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $150,000 - a 11.1% increase over the $135,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Pleasant Run in the first quarter of 2020.
