Home prices increased in Greenhills during the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Greenhills rose by $70,200 while total sales decreased by 8.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $159,900 - a 78.3% increase over the $89,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Greenhills in the first quarter of 2020.
