Median home prices in Newtown rose to $160,400 in the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Newtown rose by $26,660 while total sales decreased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $160,400 - a 19.9% increase over the $133,740 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Newtown in the first quarter of 2020.
