Home prices increased in Sharonville during the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Sharonville rose by $29,800 while total sales decreased by 18.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $191,000 - a 18.5% increase over the $161,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in Sharonville in the first quarter of 2020.
