Median home prices in Deer Park rose to $192,500 in the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Deer Park rose by $28,500 while total sales remained unchanged with 27 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $192,500 - a 17.4% increase over the $164,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in Deer Park in the first quarter of 2020, as well.
