Blue Ash home prices fell in the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Blue Ash fell by $3,000 while total sales increased by 79.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 52 homes sold, with a median sale price of $250,000 - a 1.2% decrease over the $253,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in Blue Ash in the first quarter of 2020.
