The first quarter of 2021: Madeira experienced a 24.1% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Madeira rose by $71,050 while total sales increased by 10.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 42 homes sold, with a median sale price of $365,300 - a 24.1% increase over the $294,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 38 homes sold in Madeira in the first quarter of 2020.
