Pricing for the median home in Elmwood Place decreased during March 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2021 in Elmwood Place fell by $7,000 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $55,000 - a 11.3% decrease over the $62,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Elmwood Place in March 2020.
