Median home prices in Springfield Township fell to $118,750 in March 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2021 in Springfield Township fell by $2,250 while total sales increased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2021, there were 36 homes sold, with a median sale price of $118,750 - a 1.9% decrease over the $121,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in Springfield Township in March 2020.
