March 2021: Sharonville experienced a 8.7% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2021 in Sharonville fell by $14,450 while total sales remained unchanged with 10 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2021, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $152,250 - a 8.7% decrease over the $166,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Sharonville in March 2020, as well.
