Pricing for the median home in Fairfax increased during March 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2021 in Fairfax rose by $75,000 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $250,000 - a 42.9% increase over the $175,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Fairfax in March 2020, as well.
