What happened to the median home price in Glendale during March 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2021 in Glendale rose by $31,500 while total sales decreased by 42.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2021, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $356,500 - a 9.7% increase over the $325,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Glendale in March 2020.
