How did home prices perform in Mariemont during March 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2021 in Mariemont rose by $318,850 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $674,350 - a 89.7% increase over the $355,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Mariemont in March 2020.
