March 2021: Home prices in Indian Hill increased

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2021 in Indian Hill rose by $10,000 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2021, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $960,000 - a 1.1% increase over the $950,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Indian Hill in March 2020.
