April 2021: Home prices in Fairfield increased

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2021 in Fairfield rose by $21,000 while total sales increased by 115.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2021, there were 97 homes sold, with a median sale price of $186,000 - a 12.7% increase over the $165,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 45 homes sold in Fairfield in April 2020.

The median sales tax in Fairfield for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,185, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for April 2021.
