April 2021: Springfield Township experienced a 33.4% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2021 in Springfield Township rose by $40,100 while total sales decreased by 23.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2021, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $160,000 - a 33.4% increase over the $119,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 39 homes sold in Springfield Township in April 2020.
