April 2021: Norwood experienced a 1.2% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2021 in Norwood rose by $2,250 while total sales increased by 147.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2021, there were 47 homes sold, with a median sale price of $188,000 - a 1.2% increase over the $185,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Norwood in April 2020.
