Home prices increased in Sharonville during April 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2021 in Sharonville rose by $18,000 while total sales increased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2021, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $196,500 - a 10.1% increase over the $178,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Sharonville in April 2020.
