Loveland (Hamilton County) home prices rose in April 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2021 in Loveland in Hamilton County rose by $86,700 while total sales decreased by 18.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2021, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $226,200 - a 62.2% increase over the $139,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Loveland in April 2020.
