Home prices increased in Madeira during April 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2021 in Madeira rose by $60,000 while total sales increased by 30.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2021, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $320,000 - a 23.1% increase over the $260,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Madeira in April 2020.
