Median home prices in Kenwood fell to $390,600 in April 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2021 in Kenwood fell by $24,400 while total sales increased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2021, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $390,600 - a 5.9% decrease over the $415,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Kenwood in April 2020.
