Symmes Township median home prices rose by 44% in April 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2021 in Symmes Township rose by $139,000 while total sales increased by 30%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2021, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $455,000 - a 44% increase over the $316,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Symmes Township in April 2020.
