May 2021: North College Hill experienced a 42.1% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2021 in North College Hill fell by $54,500 while total sales increased by 46.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2021, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $75,000 - a 42.1% decrease over the $129,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in North College Hill in May 2020.
