Glendale median home prices fell by 12.2% in May 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2021 in Glendale fell by $24,500 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2021, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $176,500 - a 12.2% decrease over the $201,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Glendale in May 2020.
