May 2021: Home prices in Reading increased

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2021 in Reading rose by $72,088 while total sales increased by 200%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2021, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $178,450 - a 67.8% increase over the $106,363 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Reading in May 2020.
