May 2021: Terrace Park experienced a 41.3% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2021 in Terrace Park fell by $232,500 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $330,000 - a 41.3% decrease over the $562,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Terrace Park in May 2020, as well.
