May 2021: Home prices in Indian Hill increased

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2021 in Indian Hill rose by $405,000 while total sales increased by 22.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2021, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,105,000 - a 57.9% increase over the $700,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Indian Hill in May 2020.
