The five bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 8818 Castleford Lane, Montgomery was sold on July 1 by Jarrod E. and Chelsea J. Richardson for $545,000. The buyers were Joseph and Cassandra Conrad.

This home last sold for $492,500 on May 10, 2018.

This property is the only sale in Montgomery so far in July 2021 as of this publication.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Chelsea Joy Richardson has been registered to vote since 2012. Jarrod Elliott Richardson has been registered to vote since 2007.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
