Home prices increased in Lincoln Heights during the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Lincoln Heights rose by $500 while total sales decreased by 41.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $30,500 - a 1.7% increase over the $30,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Lincoln Heights in the first half of 2020.
