Northbrook home prices rose in the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Northbrook rose by $10,350 while total sales increased by 18.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 96 homes sold, with a median sale price of $109,850 - a 10.4% increase over the $99,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 81 homes sold in Northbrook in the first half of 2020.
