What happened to the median home price in St. Bernard during the first half of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in St. Bernard rose by $5,000 while total sales increased by 44%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 36 homes sold, with a median sale price of $125,000 - a 4.2% increase over the $120,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in St. Bernard in the first half of 2020.
