Pricing for the median home in Finneytown increased during the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Finneytown rose by $24,500 while total sales remained unchanged with 12 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $157,750 - a 18.4% increase over the $133,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Finneytown in the first half of 2020, as well.
