Home prices increased in Forest Park during the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Forest Park rose by $25,800 while total sales increased by 23.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 100 homes sold, with a median sale price of $165,700 - a 18.4% increase over the $139,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 81 homes sold in Forest Park in the first half of 2020.
