Silverton median home prices rose by 10.6% in the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Silverton rose by $16,750 while total sales decreased by 8.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 33 homes sold, with a median sale price of $175,000 - a 10.6% increase over the $158,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 36 homes sold in Silverton in the first half of 2020.
