The first half of 2021: Home prices in Glendale fell

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Glendale fell by $75,250 while total sales increased by 13.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $180,000 - a 29.5% decrease over the $255,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Glendale in the first half of 2020.
