The first half of 2021: White Oak East experienced a 16.1% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in White Oak East rose by $26,400 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 39 homes sold, with a median sale price of $189,900 - a 16.1% increase over the $163,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in White Oak East in the first half of 2020.
