Pricing for the median home in Wyoming increased during the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Wyoming rose by $2,250 while total sales increased by 36.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 52 homes sold, with a median sale price of $324,500 - a 0.7% increase over the $322,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 38 homes sold in Wyoming in the first half of 2020.
